I was going to put this on mapmyrun.com, but it's just too convoluted, so for my own record:

Longest and hardest brick session yet...

20 minute hard run, at higher than tempo pace. Heart rate hovered around 170bpm for most of it.
20 minute tempo bike ride to Greenwich park. Climbed The Hill of Doom.
15 minute run around Greenwich park. Jogged up The Hill of Doom.
20 minute fairly easy ride home (stuck behind OAP driver), except for the first bit, where I raced down the hill, and then climbed back up The Hill of Doom.
Easy 8 minute recovery run - my legs felt kind of dead by this time.

Now for a very long, very deep stretch session.
