Okay kids.
So, I totally have a new way of dealing with my stress.
I'M WORKING OUT!
Today was the first day I experimented with this whole exercise thing.. and it actually works. I must say, I feel 10x happier all around. I was all sweaty and gross, but then I got a shower. So.. yeah. THAT WAS COOL! WOOHOO! Who would have thought being more active would make me happier?
And I thought sitting on my bed with Mel stuffing my face eating cheese balls was utopian.
PFFFT.
