abby road, boys on trampolines, workshop, and other nonsense
So I'm sitting here bored as crap. Haha, I think that's how my last entry started. I know I haven't updated lately but I have been a little busy and not very inspired. Things are goin alright. Good, actually. It's official: me, Tam, & Paolo are gettin an apartment next semester. Didn't I tell you Tam would be back up in the mix? It's lookin good so far. I'm sure there are gonna be some kinks to work out but it's all good. We're all happy with it. Paolo and I got some bad ass ideas for apartment art. We are gonna recreate our own versions of different famous pictures and even make up some of our own & take pictures of it. I know you're thinkin what the crap is this kid talkin about, but ok... examples: imagine if you will me, tam and p-wizzle walking across a street with different things in our hands as in the beatles cover of "abby road." Ok, and we are gonna have some specifically for each of us. Like... Tam is gonna get a picture of his head with nappy hair on a beat up VA driver's license like Old Dirty Bastards' first cd cover b/c we all know how Tam likes to flow! :) So next time you talk to him, call him ODT. Hehe. P & I think up more & more crazy ones all the time... "Boys on Trampolines"... haha... If you have any suggestions, please comment or e-mail or im them to me and maybe you will see your idea come to life!!! Haha, I know you're excited! Seriously, I wish I could be doing this now! I hate where I live now! Next year will be bomb ass though! As a matter of fact, it will be ours in May! Can I get a hell yeah?!?!
In other good news, I was FINALLY asked back to workshop! Though I'll be filming instead of teaching, it's all good. Filming will be fun and no pressure to think or try & teach what not, but I still LOVE working with kids! After I become famous I wanna go back and show kids, hey you can do this. Sounds corny and you prolly don't expect it from me, btu that is one thing that is really important to me... So, April 4th-6th, it's on like buttered popcorn! Me, ODT, P-Wizzle, Bobby-P, and my Beens are all confirmed alumni. That right there is enough to make me pee my pants in anticipation! I hope El, Sarah, Amanda, Whit, and MK could come back. I think they all should anyways!
