NCIS Drabble: Witch Hunt episode tag (PG, Gen)
I was reading some drabbles over at ncisdrabble100 and found an interesting challenge in trying to fit some of the scenes floating around my head into 300 words or less. Writing fic is also a good way to avoid homework (but that isn't news. ;) )
I was going to post these all at once, but decided against it so that people who haven't seen season 5 or 6 yet stay spoiler-free and I don't have to worry about whether the spacing is correct for different sized monitors to accomodate that.

Witch Hunt:
“She’s not my sister! She’s one of them! Told me if I didn’t lie to you, they’d kill my baby!” The woman’s first punch sends the kidnapper careening into the wall; followed by a gut shot and a kick or two for good measure once the former 'sister' is on the floor.
Gibbs figures out where the missing pieces fit into place with the first statement.
He also knows a little something about losing a child.
He gives the woman twenty seconds to get in a few good shots before moving to restrain her.
He hopes she put her weight behind them.
