Last night rocked!!!!! Mark looked soooooo freakin good last night! When he walked in the door, wow. My dad took tons of pictures, but that's okay because I wanted him to take lots since I forgot to get a camera for the night. We went to Bahama Breeze and there was a wait. It was worth it though, because the food and coffee was good. I love it that we can get free food there. Before getting to the dance, we had to stop by Mark's house because his parents and grandparents wanted to get pictures. His family is sooooo nice, I love them. It was actually really funny since their digital camera kept dieing everytime they tried to take a picture. The dance was great. Saw a lot of people there. We danced most of the time. I think we sat all of 4 songs out. I was told not to overdue it, but who cares. We did leave about 30 minutes early because he had a headache and my pain killers had worn off. It was so worth the night of pain that I had to deal with when I got home.
Apparently the barn sleepover was tons of fun. The morning would have sucked for me since Hero is at the vet. They played tag on horseback, bareback, and with halters on instead of bridals. Not that Hero would have been great at that, but it woulda been fun to try had he been there. He's gonna be off for like a week or two when he finally gets home. My poor baby!
Love You
Ridin' restless under broken sky,
Weary traveller, somethin' missin' inside,
Always lookin' for a reason to turn around.
Desperate for a little peace of mind.
Just a little piece of what I left behind:
Well, I found it now: you're like coming home.
You're like a Sunday mornin', pleasin' my eyes;
You're a midsummer's dream under a star-soaked sky.
That peaceful easy feelin' at the end of a long, long road.
You're like coming home;
You're like coming home, all right.
Go head an' let your hair fall down.
This wanderlust: it's gone now.
I'm here in your arms; I'm safe from the road again.
These are the days that can't be erased:
Baby, there isn't a better place;
You're like heaven: you're like coming home.
You're like a Sunday mornin', pleasin' my eyes;
You're a midsummer's dream under a star-soaked sky.
That peaceful easy feelin' at the end of a long, long road.
You're like coming home;
You're that innocence, that serenity,
That long-lost part of me.
You're like a Sunday mornin', pleasin' my eyes;
A midsummer's dream under a star-soaked sky.
That peaceful easy feelin' at the end of a long, long road.
You're like a Sunday mornin', pleasin' my eyes;
You're a midsummer's dream under a star-soaked sky.
That peaceful easy feelin' at the end of a long, long road.
You're like coming home, yeah.
You're like coming home;
Baby, like coming home;
You're like coming home.
