Potato January 2009 - Christmas Carol
Yabu Kota x Takaki Yuya x Morimoto Ryutaro
Concert tour starts December 20th! We asked them how they feel right before the concert and their determination. Also, as Christmas is approaching, we had them fantasize about their ideal dates and Christmas dinner!
Let’s have a Christmas party with the 10 this year!
Yabu: To be honest, don’t you think Christmas is something you lose interests as you get older?
Takaki: Yeah. We don’t even talk about doing a party if it’s just guys. I guess we’re already pass that age
Morimoto: Ehhh, I still care. Since I am in middle school now, I want to do a party with my friends. I admire things like that!
Takaki: Then, let’s have a party with all the JUMP members this year! Because I can never even imagine the membesr having Christmas dates
Yabu: True. I think it’s hard to imagine Ryutaro’s date (laughs). But, I totally agree on having a party with the members. I want to do it!
Takaki: It’ll be during the concert so we don’t really have to gather up since we’d be together anyways
Yabu: Oh, this is a bit too early for Christmas but I think we should have it on Osaka concert days (December 20th, 21st) We can get to gather in someone’s room at the hotel
Morimoto: If we are, let’s have it with everyone for sure
Takaki: Also, we’ll be hyped up from the ending of the concert so I think it’ll be fun
Morimoto: But there’s a chance we'll end up going over the concert meeting (laughs). That’s one of JUMP features
Yabu: Hey Takaki, you’re saying stuff like being hyped up but I think you’ll be the one going straight to bed…
Takaki: Oh yeah (laughs). I’m usually tired on a god level and that makes me sleep well
Yabu: And it’s a hassle, since he doesn’t wake up in the morning…
Takaki: Enough about that (laughs). Christmas stories!
Yabu: Talking about Christmas, it’s definitely about presents. I think I’d give a beginner’s guide book for PC for Takaki if I were to give him something. You started it recently, right?
Takaki: Yeah, I think I’ll be really happy!
Yabu: and DVD of comedians for Ryutaro
Morimoto: Awesome. I’d give jenga for Takaki kun
Takaki: Sounds great, then we get to play with everyone
Morimoto: Board game for Yabu kun
Yabu: This will come in handy at the party too
Takaki: Then, I’ll give jenga to Ryutaro as well!
Morimoto: … eh, then there'd be doubles(laughs)
Takaki: Underwear for Yabu. Even though I gave him one for his birthday
Yabu: Oh yeah, I got a underwear from him (laughs)
Takaki: Guys usually give underwear, t-shirts, or useful things to each other
Yabu: Indeed. I’m much happier if I get those things
(P What would you want your girlfriend make for [Christmas] dinner?)
Yabu: Like a turkey or something. I’m not sure how they’re cooked though (laughs). Doesn’t really have to be a turkey but a Christmassy menu
Takaki: Anything for me. I’m just happy to have my favorite person make me something so I’ll eat anything!
Morimoto: Spaghetti because it’s feels li a party
Yabu: What a kid you are Ryutaro. You’re so cute!
Takaki: Then, spaghetti for me too!
Yabu: Not very cute from Takaki (laughs). But the concert will begin around Christmas. It haven’t really hit me yet though
Takaki: Feels like it’s been a long time. The concert will have a different sensation compared to SUMMARY and I don’t know if it’s because we went to our senior’s concert at the end but I’m really look forward to it
Yabu: Yeah, makes you want to sing at the same place when you’re watching the seniors on stage
Morimoto: We also have our first performance at Nagoya as JUMP. I’m happy that we’re increasing our performance spots but I’m feel nervous going to a place we’ve never went before. I feel a little worry too
Yabu: We might feel away at first but let’s change it to our home with the power of 10 when the concert starts
Takaki: How promising but I really think we should just get over it and have much fun as we can
Morimoto: Yeah…. But I really think I’m going to be nervous!
Yabu: Gosh you’re so cute
Takaki: Then, I’ll be nervous too
Yabu: That’s enough (laughs). I’m really happy that we get to [have a concerts] end and begin our year
Takaki: I know! It’s great that we get to have a concert as our ending and beginning of the year
Morimoto: Yeah, I’m really happy about that. I stayed at home doing nothing this year’s new years
Yabu: Me too. I ate mochi all day (laughs). We get to spend it with thousands of people this year instead!
Takaki: Then we have to do our best to go nuts!
Morimoto: I hope we can make it a good ending and beginning of a year for the audiences that comes to see us
Yabu: Of course, this will be a good opportunity for JUMP to have a good starting dash to 2009
