Guess what guys. Last night, I updated a very vital piece of software I use regularly via oldversion.com. That's right. I now use ws ftp 6 rather than 5.8. It had been giving me problems lately, so I was pretty pleased to find that.
mirc 3 doesn't work very well in the 32bit world, if anyone wanted to know. As soon as I tried to join #eoff it rattled me off a GPF.
I have seriously done nothing all day. I have sat in my chair pretty much the whole time, trying to start coding a layout for snowy-day (actually I've been trying to doll a doll for said layout, and she has been whipping me mercilessly) but I've ended up just cleaning files. I deleted a bunch of superfluous files from snowy-day (and tried to set up rubah.net but I don't have the patience or the will to send off more emails atm.) and converted my Dollz/ folder on my computer to png. I'm not sure if I'm ready to do the same on snowy-day though. I'd assume that an .htaccess file could handle requests for GIFs okay, but I would have to read for a long time, and i just really don't feel like reading.
I stayed up way too late last night (3:30) and I'm getting too old for that; I couldn't get back to sleep this morning so I just went and got up. And I've felt sleepy+tired+sneezing+runny nosed all day as a result. I assume the sinus issues stem from me not sleeping properly; they generally do.
and a wave of sleepiness has just hit me, and I've finished transferring the CCS avis off my desktop onto my laptop (forty minutes for 7gb, not too bad) and then they were in the wrong folder, but I think apple uses symbolic folders, because it definitely didn't take a long time to move them to another folder like windows would have done. Or maybe windows wouldn't've, and I'm thinking copy instead of move. I don't know, I'm really sleepy atm. I like having 1/4 of my diskspace free on my desktop again (40gb) living too close to the edge doesn't suit me. I like my buffer zones. I feel bad that I'm wasting so much space on my laptop though. I want it to be pure forever. It's like how my parents wanted to keep the plastic seat covers on the dining set they got a couple of years ago to keep the seats clean. I didn't like them so I tore a couple off and now they're stained visibly.
this is pretty much useless. I didn't do anything today. Go look at my youtube videos if you haven't. There's a cute puppy and some weird girl reciting shakespeare. I want to be a star, but I don't have the initiatve atm.
