The Wondering Minstrels
Long ago I made a post to tell of this group which discussed poetry, and you could read the 'poem of the day' if that's all you felt like. The discussions were what made it interesting to me, not many of the people I talk to nowadays having much interest in poetry. Both the poems and discussions are now archived at http://wonderingminstrels.blogspot.com/ I'm glad to see that there have been recent comments even to poems archived years ago. I am not the only one who feel touched by words strung together by people so very different from me, from very different times. When I meet people who deride poetry and literature as dead tomes out of touch of our present times, I lean on those whom I know not but as pixels on my screen.
