I saw a little girl today, she was probably two and a half years old, and she looked exactly the way i looked at that age. Same light brown hair with the same hair cut, same shade of blue in her eyes and the same eye shape, same face shape, same expressions, even dressed very similar to how i used to dress! i felt happy because I was in monkey ( Read more... )

Must we forget the slurpees? :)

I'll make sure to write a little side note next to our senior panoramic picture to remind me of exactly why i wasnt there to be one of the many insignificant dots in the mass of 06ers standing in the Palmetto gym bleachers (kind of goes along with the whole theme of this entry, doesn't it?).

Anyways, it's amazing how a place whose slogan is "where humans are in cages and monkeys roam free" can make me feel so incredibly happy, and people whose jobs are as miniscule as picking up garbage and hosting a gorilla show, or 70 year old couples on a romantic getaway at Monkey Jungle can inspire me more than most people can. Small stuff like that can really make seemingly pointless days like these special, even if it means missing out on the senior panoramic picture, and regretting it for the rest of my life :)

it seems that the people who i meet and work in the redlands tend to be most inspirational. you should meet the painter guy at cauley square.

glad you had a great time too :)

you dont want to take me everywhere you go. i'd be in your pocket screaming vagina and that probably would not be good.

i enjoyed our sex and the city + sean nights this weekend. it's always nice to kick it with you and blast feminist songs in the car and scream the lyrics.

i used to go to monkey jungle all the time when i was little. and i went and still go to nausberry farm. the cinnamon rolls, garlic bread sticks, and milkshakes are amazing. great choice for a place to go when you skip. trust me, the senior panoramic picture's retarded anyway. it's like playing a really intense game of where's waldo when trying to look for you or your friends. you're about one by one centimeter on the picture.

yes i always go to the nausberry farm and get two cinnamon rolls and a strawberry&chocolate milkshake. it's sooo soo sooo good.

yeah i figured the picture wasnt worth it. I think it'd be cooler to write next to the picture when i get the yearbook (the panoramic is going to be in the yearbook i think this year) that the reason i am not in it is that i skipped and went to monkey jungle and to the nausberry farm.
