Cana: 2... Asshole drivers: 0
Some guy in an ugly Mitsubishi talking on his cellphone cut me off on 275 this morning. After the bizarre adventures with Volvo-Driving Old Guy about two weeks ago, I let it go.
Then this same kid cuts me off again on 32 (!!), and then proceeds to do that arrogant "bob-and-weave-without-signaling" dance about 18 more times between there and the exit for UCC, angering several more motorists, I'm sure.
The real icing, though, is that this punk took the space in the FACULTY PARKING LOT that I'd located for myself. I drove slowly past him and parked 18 spaces down, and waited for him to go to whatever class he damn well better have been late for driving like that.
Called Public Safety guys. Told them situation. They wrote Mr. Asshat a $75 ticket for parking in the faculty lot without a decal and had him towed. But not before I wrote and stuck a big yellow posty note under his wiper that said:
"Maybe you should be more careful about who you cut off - and piss off - on the highway when you're driving like an idiot. Have a nice day!"
I'm not normally ruthless, but it's worth it today because Dude is currently wandering around the parking lot looking for his car. :)
