today was one of the most perfect days of my life. i had such a wonderful day. i got up and had brunch in the village with a friend from work and my roommate, then we walked to magnolia and got baked goods. After buying cupcakes, we walked to union square and saw japanese people preform a dance called "the sperm cells" while music played that said "this is the story of the sperm cells, and their mission to fertilize". We sat and had some coffee, then we walked through this street fair, got cheap jewelry and free soy ice cream. We sat and ate it in washington square park... old hippies were playing beatles songs on the guitar while we sat by the fountain and watched the people go by. it was just sunny and perfect. days like this i just love being alive, and being in nyc. lovely.
