Yesterday, I went to a X-mas party of my 1st batchmates in Stella. It's been a year since I last saw them. Too bad Patty couldn't come because she has tonsilitis. Anyway, I decided to go with Shiela and Exeter because my mom wanted me to have at least someone to be with. Like I ever need it but I never been to Claire's house so I really do need it. But before I can go to our meeting place, I had to run an errand for my mom. I cursed myself under my breath that if I arrive late, I'm so blaming them. It was already one o' clock at our house so I have to hurry. Unfortunately, because of the rush, I forgot to reload my account in my cellphone so I ended up buying an autoload that cost 20 pesos. Looking at the time of my cellphone, it was already 1:33 p.m so I waited until Shiela text me or should I say I text her that I'm already at the designated place.
Both of us waited more than an hour until Eke showed up. I blamed him for the lateness but it doesn't matter now. So we took a ride on a taxi and went to Claire's house. All three of us became bored...I mean it literally until Caroline, Angeli, David, my-I-haven't-seen-a-long-time-friend Therese. She's still short no offense, Audrey, Excelsa, and Camille. We talked for like a few hours I think. And when I watched them talking, it reminds me back where it all started.
When I was in Grade 1, I have nobody. Little boys and girls are playing here and there and what not. Guess I was the most quiet person ever in this school. Fast forward to Grade Two, Patty was my first friend and my 'psychologist'...haha. She was funny despite the fact that others think of her as a loon. Then came Eke...and later came Shiela and David, Claire, Angeli. In Grade 4 was Camille and David if I'm correct then Audrey and Therese. It was so much fun back then even in our first year in high school. Our section was the noisiest: 1st year - Garnet. Those were good times. They even wished me luck when I was going to transfer.
A few years have passed and I learned that most of them are in San Pedro or Ateneo. I choose the latter. During the first year of college, I was able to see them again. David became taller and so did Eke. In actuality, I was the tallest during our Elementary days. Sheila, Audrey, Camile, Claire, Excelsa and Therese....they haven't changed a bit. Most especially Patricia.
My friends in Southpoint did not do much. Because I was transfered, it became the same thing when I was in the 1st grade. Even in MKD, I don't have much friends to hang out with...My friends are irreplacable and I dedicate this blog to them. Patty I hope you got my X-mas present. You know the cute pig....and David, I hope you enjoy the copy of Mana Khemia. I hope we'll see each other again maybe a graduation party or another Christmas Party...this time please inform me okay....
