Yeah, seriously, what the frak? That just totally came out of nowhere! It makes no sense! Have you seen Fox's website? It's creepy.

That was SOOOOO weird. The whole episode was just weird. The timing was odd - I wouldn't have thought that they would put something like that in the first segment after the intro. It seemed like an event that belonged more in the very first part or much later in the episode.

Also, website memorial to fictional character - weird weird weird.

So, you didn't spoil it for me but the internet did. I was either on google or cnn and I saw "Kal Penn takes job with Obama". So I dumbly clicked and found out that Kutner kills himself. What the HECK! I taped it last night and didn't plan on watching it until tomorrow, after I write my exam. Bah.
