про vision и Exercise Your Eyes

Вчера попалось в одной рассылке о пагубном влиянии плохого зрения на весь организм в целом!

Dr. Eric Cobb has discovered that when your eyesight declines other parts of the body compensate to pick up the slack of poor vision. In other words bad vision can be creating:
Chronic Neck Pain, Back Issues, Jaw Pain (TMJ), Hip Pain, Knee Pain, Plantar Fasciitis (Foot Pain), Bad Breathing Mechanics, Double Vision, Dizziness, Poor Posture
So with the understanding that vision is more important than just seeing, let's get to the exercises!

Мне вот эта подборка очень понравилась по сравнению с другими. Особенно  Bar swings, Round swings. Да и все другие. И такие картиночки милые.

It's more important to do the exercises regularly than to do them for a long time. Even 30-60 seconds of eye movement every hour is very helpful. For example, when your computer takes its sweet time to do something, you can try making a few circles with your eyes. Even the first day you do this, you should notice that your eyes aren't as tired as usual at the end of the day.
