Lunch today is going to be DELICIOUS!
Last night I broiled Tilapia in some olive oil, and seasoned it with kosher salt and lemon pepper.
It sat under the broiler for 5 minutes and came out flaky and delicious. Ate it with a side of sugar snap peas.
This is what I'm having for lunch today.

Also plan on picking up some Quinoa this week, as well as some wild and brown rices. This way I have more delicious and low-salt things I can take to work. I'm getting super tired of taking pre-prepared things to work because they're SO FREAKING SALTY! This means I'm going to have to start thinking ahead and doing some leg-work the night before. Both are going to be things that are difficult for me, because I am SO LAZY.
But I shall come out victorious! And maybe lose a few pounds too.
