I am in so far over my head. I accepted an invitation from a carpet rep to this "healthcare design council' in Napa. (Sun, wine, free food - how could I turn it down?) Now I get the directory of all the people attending. a) I'm the only one from Seattle; b) I'm definitely the youngest; c) everyone else has "senior designer", "director", "president", or "principal" after their name.
I'm frightened. Oh, did I mention we have to lead a 10-minute discussion on a related topic of our choice? I can just see everyone talking about all the projects they've worked on in their 10 years experience in healthcare design, and here's me, all "I wrote a really long paper about cleaning carpet in hospitals."
