One of Bill Maher's "New Rules" from last week's show:
"New Rule: I don't need an annoying little sticker on each individual piece of fruit. Let me get this straight: our borders aren't secure, but we're still going through the plums by hand? You know, those stickers are the opposite of appetizing, especially the one on kiwis that says, "Don't these kind of look like your balls?"
So true. I hate peeling off each individual sticker when your hands are already wet from washing the damned fruit and then you end up with a pile of these dumb little stickers...what's the point? If I don't get a sticker, I don't think the fruit is illegal or anything. Geez. I think the checker knows what a grapefruit looks like so they can punch it into the register.
Holy shit, "Deadwood" scared the bejesus out of me last night. That Mr W guy is *so* psycho. I kept waking up in the middle of the night. Man, I do not dig that shit so much.
