Oh show. here I was thinking the death toll was just going to keep increasing until all of our regulars were D-E-D, except the Winchesters.
Turns out it is just all the girl characters, and all the characters we like who are going to die . . . and Sam and Bobby get to go on free tours of hell.
What is up with this show's version of heaven, anyway? doesn't it seem kind of lame? what about those of us who don't speak Enochian and can't transfer our consciousness/soul/whatever to other people's dreamscapes (which is what this version of heaven feels like).
Also, in my fandom, the Trickster/Gabriel DID NOT DIE because he is a what? oh yes, A TRICKSTER. Also, Kali isn't dead, because the Trickster magically saved her. She was just way too cool.
What was up with the Norse Pantheon totally ignoring each other two episodes ago? Why was Baldur in charge and Odin off in the sidelines? CONFUZLED.
Death was pretty cool though.
The Crowley/Bobby kiss? a little over the top, but I loved Crowley's line about tongue.
In other news, Glee totally stole from fandom by making Kurt and Finn's parents date. Also, unless the next ep actually has good songs, I am so quitting Glee.
Quit Stargate Universe already. Feel like I've made myself a better person. Next on the axe will probably be NCIS, DEFINITELY NCIS LAS ANGELES, possibly 'V', and probably House.
I'd get rid of Bones too, but I watch with a friend so I have to keep up to date.
I'm getting very tired of formulaic t.v. I need more episodes of shows like Firefly's "Objects in Space". I love me some surrealism where no one really knows whats going on. That's part of the reason I'm enjoying Supernatural. They are totally willing to gut us all emotionally to tell whatever story they want, and then, for shits and giggles, they play with the fandom.
Where the heck is Chuck? (the prophet on Supernatural, not the spy/star of his own program). I've been listening to the podfic of waldorph 's Book of Chuck, and it is so awesome. Why does the show not have more chuck?
