So, the inspection is Monday. We're waiting to hear on the financing. The house is 2 bed and 1 bath. Teensy-weensy. I view it as a challenge. Carlos views it as an affront to his stuff. I told him to simplify. This coming from the girl who used to live out of the back of her truck. I think I'm going to ask my Dad to come up and built floor-to-ceiling bookshelves in the living room and I will start a piggy-bank for floor-to-ceiling cabinets in the kitchen corner that's the eat-in nook, and use the bonus room in the back as a dining room.
It's in New Smyrna Beach, on a corner lot about 10 minutes from the beach, with a huge oak and a tall, tall sand pine in the back. It's got a carport and a laundry room that's big enough to double as a storage room.
I'm planning to live there while we finish school, then Carlos will move over once he gets a job at an agency. Right now he needs the income from State Farm, for school and house and all that.
