Behind
1. Who was your FIRST prom date?
Didn't go to prom.
2. Do you still talk to your FIRST love?
Who?
3. What was your FIRST alcoholic drink?
IIRC it was at a wedding reception and my parents had us try the table wine. It wasn't any good. I don't know if that was my being nine or ten, or the wine. Probably the wine.
4. What was your FIRST job?
Besides things like one-day stuff running a 'pony ride' for my friend's dad's dental office, first actual non-intern job would probably be the $4000 contract to do data entry for the SI-NMNH database conversion, which I got through being an intern but which wasn't for credit.
5. What was your FIRST car?
A 1999 Mercury Mystique. I test-drove the Cougar but decided that was a bit much for a first full-time driving vehicle.
6. Who was the FIRST person to text you today?
Most people who know me have finally wised up that I don't text.
8. Who was your FIRST grade teacher, tell us about them?
Miss Bice. I vaguely remember she was out sick at some point (either my year or a couple years later), and I remember her being mean.
9. Where did you go on your FIRST airplane ride?
Michigan to Florida, when I was very young. I don't remember it.
10. Who was your FIRST best friend & do you still talk?
Um, probably that Christine girl in kindergarden. Obviously not, I don't even remember her last name.
11. Where was your FIRST sleep over?
I don't remember.
13. Whose wedding were you in the FIRST time?
One of my cousins (I can't remember which and give me a break, I'm second youngest of thirty-seven first cousins, I have no idea who most of these people are) as the flower girl.
14. What was the FIRST thing you did this morning?
Put on my slippers. It's cold right now.
15. What was the FIRST concert you ever went to?
Probably something like the DSO, depending on how one defines "concert."
16. FIRST tattoo?
I don't have one.
17. FIRST piercing?
My ears, when I was 28. I got tired of all the cute earings being pierced. I still end up not wearing many as it's just too big a hassle.
18. FIRST foreign country you went to?
If Canada counts when you live near Windsor, Canada, close enough to run over for dinner. If not, Australia.
19. FIRST movie you remember seeing?
In a theater, I think the first one where I can distinctly remember the whole experience was "Return of the Jedi."
20. When was your FIRST detention?
I think I had a before-school kind of one (something about talking/arguing in class.) We were supposed to write a letter apologizing/explaining so of course mine was basically a backhanded insult and explanation of why I was right (and of course I got away with it, but teachers liked me because I was smarter than most of my classmates and never caused THEM problems.)
22. Who was your FIRST roommate?
I don't think I've ever actually shared a ROOM with someone but sophomore year I shared a suite with three of my friends at college--Leah, Elizabeth, and Amy.
23. If you had one wish. What would it be?
Probably something involving money, but I'd be hung up on 'is there a catch?'
24. What is something you would learn if you had the chance?
...I don't know. There's a lot of things, but they all cost money.
25. Did you marry the FIRST person to ask for your hand in marriage?
No one has ever (seriously) asked. Of the people I've dated, I'd have said no anyway.
26. What was the first sport that you were involved in?
Actual serious sport? Horseback riding.
27. What were the first lessons you ever took?
Mom made me take swimming and gymnastics lessons one summer and I asked to take ice skating for a while.
28. What is the first thing you do when you get home?
Let the dogs out.
29. Who do you think will be the next person to post this?
No clue.
