1. What did you do in 2011 that you'd never done before?
Published a book, though it came in barely under the wire.
2. Did you keep your new year's resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I don't really do resolutions.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Um, not that I remember. I don't recall making baby gifts this year. (Apparently need to make one for this summer, though, so baby section of Keepsake Quilting, here we come! At least I have lots of warning, and after boss's baby last year I know not to even try knitting.)
4. Did anyone close to you die?
Not anyone especially close.
5. What countries did you visit?
Haven't been anywhere since I was moving and crossed Ontario on the way home. Maybe this year...
6. What would you like to have in 2012 that you lacked in 2011?
A book contract would be nice.
7. What date(s) from 2011 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
I don't really remember any of consequence except Christmas as I managed to get the book out!
8. What was your biggest achievement of this year?
Finished the book, got my etsy store sort of going.
9. What was your biggest failure?
I am still not rich.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
I'm always sick, but I didn't break any bones this time.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
I think I've managed to acquire a large percentage of the pages my favorite Girl Genius character appears on that have gone for sale on eBay.
12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
My dogs have been especially good this year.
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
Oh, I can think of a few.
14. Where did most of your money go?
Horse, dogs, cats, art supplies, books, Girl Genius comic art...
