The blue looks like you're in front of a TV screen of static snow.

I can assure you that I am not in front of TV static - it's the filter. You're right though because I don't understand why the red filter makes the photo surrounded in red and the blue filter just makes what is directly in front of the camera blue . Oh well .

nope! i have two cameras. the one i used to take the ones that look photoshopped [but aren't i assure you.] are taken my Holga. you can check out the Holga camera at www.lomography.com --- it's neat stuff.
