en vacance! um, eventually
toooo much coffee and looking at plane tickets and I want to go to france and also hawaii in the next 4 months!, because I am determined to be somewhere warm for my xmas holiday, and california just might not cut it.
it is, one might say, Blustery outside. my house makes a whistling noise when the wind is this determined, just like 2 apartments ago. and! I finally finished unpacking! more or less; I still need my desk and dresser and a ton of coathangers but other than that! done! and I have a linen closet full of linens! I am so grown up. but I definitely burned my ear on the straightening iron this morning. not my finest moment, for sure. now I have a 3 foot stack of flattened boxes in the living room.
I have packages to send and letters to finish writing and, oh yeah, work to do. but I really want to go home and take a nap.
internet, please to not be cutting out while I am trying to watch teevee on you, esp. when that teevee involves tina fey going on a date with a girl!
