Wow.

I usually hates the OFCs, not even sure why I started reading this one, but man...

Chris and Jake rock. Seriously, even with superpowers, she didn't have a whiff of MarySue flavor about her; she seems like the kind of woman Dean should be with and the Reason They Separated was organic and realistic. (I hate when stories hinge on made-up dramas where everyone has to act like children or morons to achieve a storyline outcome!)

Okay, I did want to kinda slap Dean upside the head a teeeny leeetle bit at the end because, duh, she lives on, like, the Hellmouth, dude - it's not like you won't keep busy if you two settle down there! :)

Excellent, excellent writing, fantastic engaging story. You are made of awesome.

Chris and Jake do rock, though I was really worried about the whole Reason They Separated. It's a valid reason, but I thought people were going to look at it and say "Get real, no mother would do that." So, I'm glad you think it played out okay! :)

Yeah, Dean's not always the brightest of the bunch, lol. But, he got there in the end. I was afraid I was making him too vulnerable, too mushy throughout this whole thing (my beta kept yelling, "but that's how he is when his guard is down!" lol), and it was hard to write, so I had to through classic Dean's-forgotten-the-obvious-again moments in there.

I am a fervent Sam/Dean shipper but this was wonderful! The backstory and OFC's were very compelling and interesting. I love DaddyDean.

Really?! Omg, are you serious? 'Cause I had, at least, two more stories planned after this one. But, when I got such a bad response to it, I kinda canned it all.

But, I guess if even one person reads it and likes it, it's worth it, right? (Psst. Tell all your friends about it! Lol jk.)

NO I'M KIDDING OKAY. It was seriously AWESOME. I really liked Christina and Jake, and I loved that Christina's character wasn't a total Mary-Sue. And I really liked the plot, and the dynamics of the story, and the gradual build-up. Really good job, chica!! -hughug-

Okay Honey, my eyes are bleeding, but I'm done! *yay*
There are so many, many gorgeous lines in this story, but this part is my favorite:

As they hit the highway, Dean took a good look around the car, and found himself with an unfamiliar feeling stirring in his heart. Happiness. For 26 years, he’d been chasing that idea, never truly able to pin it down. But, now he knew. This was happiness. This was home.

Awwww...

You know, I'm a slasher - to the core... but I want Dean to be happy. So, YAY for Chris! *ggg*

Stephie! You did it! You read it! *sigh* You have no idea how happy that makes me! Like, seriously, I'm ready to cry, I'm so grateful for you!

I know you're a slasher (which makes me want to cry even harder) and I am too, but this whole story? Came from this whacked-out dream I had, like, a year ago. I was playing Chris as a series regular on the show. *nods* But, slasher I may be, I just fell in love with Chris and the strong person she is, y'know?
