It seems that J.K. Rowling has announced the title of the last book on her website -- there hasn't been any confirmation yet that this is the real title, but it certainly seems that way.
This post on The Leaky Cauldron explains how to view the title on the author's site. (There's a first step that they left out of the instructions. The first thing you have to do is click on the pink eraser on the main page.)
If you can't get to the title or you don't want to bother, I can just tell you what it is. :)
