It's time for Juliet's movie update! =)
Okay, so far I have only gotten around to viewing two movies for free at Rave. The two most recent movies I have seen: Elf and The Looney Tunes Movie.
Elf was very funny...not to mention that they also showed the trailer for Shrek 2 before the movie...very awesome! On a scale of 1-10 (1=bad; 10=good), I would give it an 8. Classic Will Ferrall humor...and it also had a few good camios such as KG (from Tenacious D).
The Looney Tunes Movie was classic Warner Bros. humor. Lots of classic cartoon scenes as well as camio appearances...and what other movie can you see Brendan Fraiser punch himself in the face. I will admit, the main reason I went to see this movie in the first place was to see the Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban trailer (WHICH WAS FUKCIN' AWESOME!!!), but the movie turned out to be pretty funny as well. I would give it a rating of 6, mainly b/c it was good, but not good enough for me to watch again. Oh yeah, and it also showed the trailer for Scooby Doo 2 which was also pretty damn spiffy.
I'll probably end up going tomorrow night to see Master and Commander. Royce really wants to see it, and I'm curious as well. If you haven't already seen it, I'll let you guys know how it turns out. =)
