*I picked RoTC/AoS as my favorite episodes of Mickey because those two eps, when boiled down to it, really are Mickey's story. It's the story where he comes of age and makes a crucial decision about what he wants in his life. I chose the cap from Broken for the same reason. It's where he tells everybody that Rickey's dead and I think that really does break something inside Mickey and gives him the hidden strength inside to do what needs to be done to defeat Lumis and the Cybermen in the aftermath.
