SUMMARY: When the guys act like this, it made Rose glad she was an only child. Written for
yamx for bidding on me in the
help_pakistan fandom charity auction. The prompt was 'Jack/Nine, pie.' It shifted slightly from the original prompt. She also placed the winning bid so there's a much longer, angsty H/C fic coming soon. DISCLAIMER: BBC owns Doctor Who. The characters of Rose Tyler, the Ninth Doctor, and Jack Harkness were created by Russell T. Davies and Steven Moffat. No profit is made off of them for this story.
Honestly, Rose felt she needed a helmet just to enter this room.
The kitchen was a bloody disaster area!
Food, or more accurately, pie, was virtually plastered on every conceivable surface of the room.
Including the two blokes sitting right in the middle of it.
“Who started it?” She asked, not really surprised when both males, human and alien point to each other and go:
“He did it.”
Rose closed her eyes, trying to will her headache away. Suddenly, she was very grateful her mother had never thought to give her siblings. Speaking of her mum…
“Clean it up.” Rose said tersely, doing her best imitation of Jackie Tyler’s best threatening voice. “Or I’ll ask Mickey to bring Mum with him to Cardiff tomorrow and I will give her a full tour. Including this mess.”
Though there was some confusion on Jack’s face, she saw the brief look of fear that passed over the Doctor’s before pulling Jack up in a gesture of silent agreement with Rose’s order.
Satisfied that the threat was given its proper weight, Rose turned to leave the kitchen. Ignoring the hushed argument that was going on between the two pie - covered men on the way out, she decided there was one way to settle the argument that had started the pie themed food - fight.
She took the last piece of the Betazoid chocolate cheesecake back to her room.
