I should either be asleep getting ready for my Final tomorrow, or at least working on the various fic prompts I need to complete. But no, bunny bit me and demanded that I write it. Now. Plot Bunnies are evil!

This is gorgeous, and I love how it's been in Donna's life at her most difficult periods. Golly, hard for the Doctor, though, frozen in place for all that time. Still, it's a lovely way to reunite them!

You might want to check you tenses in the second-last and final paragraphs though...

Yeah, even in tree form he's still there for her. If I ever get around to a second part to this (any continuance will have to wait until after I get some of my auction stuff out of the way), it'll be revealed that he wasn't all that aware for the most part when he was a tree. He'll certainly be aware in a second part though. ;-)

*winces* I'll correct them when I put this up on teaspoon and correct the LJ post after my final later on today now.

Well like I said downthread, it'll have to wait until I get some auction stuff done. But I really can't leave it there could I after the shock Donna's recieved (and the Doctor as this continuation would be from his POV after waking up from his treehood) could I? *don't answer that* ;-)
