Ohh, poor Donna... but I believe I hear the sound of slaped cheeks in the future when he tells her.

Fantastic read!

Aww, poor Donna, terrified like that.

Great stuff!

p.s. Your title says Clowning Around rather than Tears Like Rain. Thought I'd let you know :)

Yeah, she didn't have a whole lot of fun this time out.

Title is fixed!*This is what I get for posting at Four in the morning.

Thanks for reading.

God, that must have been so hard for Donna!

But the title did make me think it was that sequel to Clowning Around that we talked about. I hope that's still coming...?

Yes, it was very hard on her. Though one could say the Doctor didn't have a fun time waking up like that either. Though it could have been worse, I suppose *coughSkiesTurnDarkcough*

The sequel to Clowning Around is still coming (I think you were a bad influence angst wise this week). I just needed to get this out of my system first. Thanks for reading!

PS: Just so you know, the sequel to Clowning Around will be called Had it Coming.

*lol* I love how Skies Turn Dark is now the yardstick for bad things happening to the Doctor - and you don't even know how it ends yet! ;-)

Apologies for the angst that meant you couldn't write other stuff. Can't wait to read it when you do get it done!

I just finished reading it up. Poor Donna, but all things considered, it could have been worse.

Hopefully I'll have it done soon.

Oh, lovely. Absolutely lovely. I laughed at that last line of Donna's (because it's so utterly Donna) but even that wasn't enough to lighten the mood of the rest of this. You know, in a good way. In the way that I found this quite sad little fic so lovely.

(Also, I'm pretty sure that this was my prompt, and I'm sorry I didn't reply earlier, but for some reason I can't find/didn't get the email saying that it had been answered.}

Awwww, thank you. Yeah I knew that line was such a Donna thing to say, I had to include it. I'm quite glad you liked the story.

And yes, this was your prompt, and I apologize for forgetting to add that in. Thank you for the prompt.

Oh, no. You misunderstand me. I'm not looking for recognition for the prompt, or anything, I'm just wondering/worrying about the fact that I didn't know it had been replied to when usually Livejournal is so good at delivering messages into my inbox saying as much.

Well, I edited the header to credit you anyway, I do believe in giving credit where credit is due.

Yeah, LJ was acting funny this morning with connectivity issues, so maybe that affected the email notification as well?
