Here I go again on my own
I don't know if any of you remember me saying how great it would be if I could move somewhere were I could start my life over. Well....it turns out I have that chance. I have been looking into culinary schools (yes I want to go back) and found one in Chicago that actually specializes in pastries and cake decorating! So I applied and was accepted. I would have to take out a loan but I think it is well worth the money. I am really considering this one. I know what I want to do and I have to take the best route to get there. I am still working out all of the details but I am damn sure this is what I am going to do next year. Chicago here I come! I'll tell you all more once I know all of the details and get more info on housing and the classes themselves. I am really excited for this. Wish me luck. Later.
