I had that once and it was not fun... I was really sick and down and out for a week. I feel your pain... not to mention the limited mobility.

Tons of aloe vera... trying buying an actual aloe vera plant... that works better than the stuff in a bottle as it's natural and right from the plant source (more vitamins to heal the skin), but if you can't find a plant, the bottle will do.

I also reccomend the Banana Boat After Sun Aloe Vera. It's a cream aloe vera as it has moistureizers in it. I got a sun burn on my left arm from driving around and I put that on and within a day the burn turned to a tan. It works really really well. Apply that after the blisters go away.

But the aloe vera on blisters is good. Also try putting an ice pack on the blisters.

yeah all i've been doing since yesterday is putting on aloe vera gel and using ice packs. but at this point right now, i can't even stand to have an ice pack on my shoulder. i'm hoping it starts to feel better tomorrow.

the first day is always painful. I remember I could not sleep because I was in so much pain and everything was aggrivating it. I wore a tube top to bed and had to get up in the middle of the night to get into an ice cold shower. That even hurt, but it took away some of the heat. Drinking tons of ice water didn't help either (apparently it's supposed to stop the cooking from the inside out). I was also told to crush up asprin and mix it up in some water. I can't do that as I can't take asprin, but my cousin did that once and it helped with the pain.

I too hope it feels better tomorrow.
