So its been kinda lame. Being sick sucks. Joey's on his way over. Thats a plus. I feel like I haven't done anything really exciting lately.
I was just informed yesterday that MYSL won't list our soccer team as winning first place and refuses to give us trophies because our coach got a red card at a game. I think thats pretty sad. I mean what the fuck? The team...us...the players won first class. Our coach lost his temper with the ref one time and we get penalized for it? Supposedly the coach is taking it to court. I don't blame him. But if he doesn't win I think we as a team should take some action. i wish our coach would have informed us of this. If they aren't going to listen to an adult who lost his temper...maybe they should listen to a group of 18 teenage girls...a lot of them who are seniors and were looking forward to that recognition because it helps our future of maybe being able to play for a college team and being accepted into college. What assholes the MYSL are for denying a team trophies and recognition and respect because of a mistake one person made. Excuse me for saying this but our coach did not win those games for us. We won them. We worked hard and gave it a lot of heart and i think we deserve a little more than a cold shoulder.
