South Beach Diet

I've got a lunch to plan for a meeting tomorrow and our guest host is on the South Beach diet. He failed to tell me what salad dressing he wanted on his salad and he's not someone I know how to get a hold of easily. I figured I'd just choose one for him but I have no idea what is South Beach appropriate. I thought Jason's Deli (the place we're catering from) would be able to help me but they were clueless.

Does anyone here know?
