Thanks for the beautiful photo and kind words. I just think I have been creating too much change for myself all at once. I embrace change in my life, but how much is too much? I am confused about work, about love, about friends and where I am going. I just feel lost, something I have not felt in a very long time. It scares me a little.
Hey, don't be scared. Your life will settle down into a nice rhythm if you let it. It's just going to take some time. Changes are so stressful, and being in a new town has taken away all of your old supports. It's no wonder you are feeling lost. The wonderful thing about life is that when you feel really alone, help comes from the most unlikely sources. Maybe not what you think you need at the time, but later on you realize that what you really needed was inside you already. Anyway. One day at a time, and before you know it you will feel grounded and connected again. So right now, guess where I am??! In Chicago!! I'm at the Screenz on Clark street. Just down the street from Taste of Heaven. Mmmmm. Have you ever been there? They have the best desserts. When I leave here I'm going down there for a cup of coffee. But first I'm going to stop in this cool antique store. They have this really nice chandelier hanging in the window for around 350.00.... I WANT IT!! I WANT IT BADDDD! I was smart; drove down to Chicago on my motorcycle. Can't possibly think of a way to drive 340 miles with an antique chandelier on the back of my bike. Well, smile lady.
