Easter Break :)
Sorry I haven't updated since Spring Break about 2 weeks ago.
Life has been wonderful for the most part. I made a list of reasons to smile yesterday.. so I thought I'd post them because it would be an easy way to show the wonderfulness happening :)
- wonderful RA interview -- I applied for a resident advisor position. My group interview went awesome as well as my individual interview. Plus, my application was kick ass. Hopefully I'll get the spot on the freshman floor in the building I already live in!
- actually knowing the stuff on a Shakespeare midterm -- My Shakespeare class had 2 midterms. The first one I got a D+ on, but this one I totally rocked. I know I got an A.. there's no doubt in my mind. Plus, I got a B on my paper. Maybe I will be able to save my ass in this class.
- getting a letter from Ding Ding -- Ding Ding was sent away the 25th of January and I was convinced he forgot about me. BUT, I got a letter a few days ago. He misses me. hehe. Poor Kid. Anyway, he's out in July. That's cool. I can't wait for some more crazy ass times with him.
- getting an e-mail from My Soldier -- I sent a care package to a soldier overseas and I didn't expect to get any response back. However, I got an e-mail from him and I'm so excited. He seems like a totally cool guy! yay!
- talking to my mommy -- She made me feel so much better before my interview for the RA position. Thanks, Mommy. A good talk with my mom can cure me of anything!!
- beating Debbie to the "good" shower -- the drains in the community shower at school are messed up on all of the showers except 1. Debbie and I always fight over it. Last night, I beat her to it. haha. It was funny.
- actually taking a hot shower -- I hadn't showered in 2 days. I needed one and it was amazing.
- not doing any homework -- I havent had a whole bunch of homework, so I haven't done any lately. (like the last 2 days.) Anyway, over break I'm going to have to catch up on some of the shit I haven't done.. but it sure did feel good to not do any homework and lounge around.
- getting Food at Lora's House -- homemade food vs. cafeteria food. I love dinner at Lora's house. yay.
- the possibility of meeting Lonestar & Josh Gracin -- Student Activities Council at Bethany College may be bringing Lonestar and Josh Gracin to the Wesbanco Arena. Since I'm a member of the club, I get to meet them!!! It should be interesting. Lonestar... ahh.. how I love them!
- American Idol -- Nikko kicked ass with "Incomplete" by Sisqo and Jessica Sierra was amazing with "Total Eclipse of the Heart." Best episode yet. Plus, Mikayla is gone. WOOO!! She just wasnt with her game lately and it was driving me nuts. Now, if I could only get rid of Anthony.. I'd be completely content, because the rest of them are totally awesome!
Okay, so that's what's been keeping me excited lately. I'm ready to go to bed, so night ya'll.
