I got the job!!!!!!!!!!
I start Aug 8th (day before my birthday). I will be a grievance clerk in the Grievance dept for Mercy Care. I am sooo excited. I hear the supervisor is nice and fair. (Wow fair supervisor, imagine that). Even though I am so looking foward to this, it's really hard to leave after being there for 10 years. Even though the supervisors, hate me, the rest don't. Wow. I just said good bye to another lady who's last day is tomorrow. She's been there as long as me if not longer. I think.
Well choir rehersal started tonight. We're doing our version of the Wiz of Oz. Shhh. It's supposed to be top secret. Some of us are Munchkins and some are voices from the Orchestra pit. I got in as a muchkin because I can walk on my knees w/ no problem. Good physical exercise. So with that I was able to audition for certain munchkin parts. I even tried out for the 'lollipop guild'. We'll see who gets the part. It was really fun just to audition.
Well I came home and found out the Matt Kata has been traded to the Phillies. OMG. He was one of my favs. Jordan's too. He's still upset they got rid of Randy and Junior. Now his last remaining Dback is now gone. I'm bummed too. I really liked Matt. Bummer. :-(
