It was a dark and stormy night.

O.K. so it's not quite dark yet, but it sure is stormy. Monsoon season is here. So why I am on the computer is beyond me. I live dangerously, I suppose. Thank God I took tomorrow off.

I'm not looking forward to coming back to work. I have to face Patti as well. Haven't seen her since her vacation. Not looking forward into going in. Well my only support system there is not much of a support anymore. I really need to get out of there. My patience is running low. I'm experiencing a lot of anxiety over this. I wish this could all end soon.

Well on a good note (no pun intended), choir rehersal starts back on Thursday. I can't wait. Some of the other choir members were asking me this morning if I'm ready to sing again. I've actually been ready since we last sang. Although the break is nice considering what's going on. But I need my prayer support back. Of course, my assigned chaplin, Hugh is in the choir with me. Glad they assigned someone I know. I need to talk to him as well. He said he would call on Tuesday, but I'm usually gone when he calls, but always leaves me a message. I'll see him at rehersal on Thursday. But it's good to see the choir members while on break. They're all ready to sing. Time to start working on the Labor Day Extravaganza.

Sunday service was great. Rev Richard M. did an excellent talk two weeks in a row while, the senior minister (Richard R) has been away on vacation. Devotion did good as always. They're doing a concert tomorrow at one of the unity chuches here in town. I won't make it though. Of course they always remember me. They know all the choir faces. Well the old choir faces. We don't do back ups for them anymore. New director.

Well I may just go to bed early I guess. Not much else to do tonight. Can't go out and run errands in this weather. LOL. Game is over and I don't think there is much on TV. I may wait til the sun goes down. Summer there's still light out til about 8. Grr. It's only 7 though. Hmmm. Well everyone, take care. TTFN
