Last night I saw The Grudge with my friends, Andrea and Ester. It was good/scary. I love scary movies! Nowadays, movie are not scary, just suspenseful. This one scary AND suspenseful. The acting was, eh. Even though it was Sarah Michelle Gellar, she wasn't convincing enough. The little scary Japanese boy on the other hand.....was great! I think I want to marry him, when it is legal at least. I didn't like one part....but it is for personal reasons. I am sure it was scary and good....I just don't like the thought of someone hanging by a noose...esp. when it is self-inflicted. It hits too close to home. I do not think that it showed the person hanging (cause I wasn't watching) but you could hear the body swinging and thumping against the wall. I hate that. I imagine my father's body hanging from a rope, swinging, lifeless. Yuck. I need to stop thinking now.
