Good news!
I got the recording and DVD of my recital today - and I'm pretty pleased! Of course, there's the notes where I cringe a little and think "ok, that's a little sharp," "How on earth did I miss that?!" but as recordings go, I'll take it.
Porter says if I send it in to the chamber festival in Spain that I really want to go to, I can get in without a problem. Coming from her, that means a lot, since she's been the one convincing me to quit performance for the past four years (grrrr). But anyway, raise your hand if you just may be going overseas this summer!!! Yeah!
