Special Birthday Present
I know it's been a long time since I was last on LJ, but I have a special request to make of you guys for a birthday present this year. It doesn't cost any money and it's widely available in every city almost 7 days a week. One gift that I would really like having is that everyone who is eligible makes a blood donation. It's fast, it's easy, and you can save up to 4 lives with each donation.
For those of you living in Montreal, there is a blood drive going on today (Tuesday, July 29th) at Alexis-Nehon. Rosie (for the first time ever!) and Benoit (after a good experience giving blood as a Valentine's Day present) will be donating this afternoon. I invite everyone who's eligible to give blood to find a blood donor clinic nearby and give the gift of life.
