Lou is engaged
I love her fiance. But marriage has such an oppressive connotation that I can't help but feel kinda put out by the whole thing. not to mention i have to find a dress.. and i hate dress shopping. i look horrible in dresses. and there will be so many pictures.... ugh.
However, I have discovered one thing that will make this whole dress ordeal worth it. Charley and I have put ourselves in charge (lou has no choice in the matter) of the reception music selection. we are slowly turning this reserved ritual into a loud,lascivious dance party!
So far we have ABBA, Madonna, Michael Jackson, M.I.A., Blondie, The Cure, Gwen Stefani, Queen, The Raincoats, The Ramones, Sleater-Kinney, Prince, and Shakira.
Any suggestions for a wedding must?
Besides this....which i don't think she will go along with... i would wear a pink dress if only i could somehow assure this.
