Hey all :D So yay, I'm getting better at posting, right?
I just worked two short days this week, and I took the other two off - five full days off! This is my first 'vacation' I've had in six months, not counting a couple sick days. Why am I taking off? The symphony concert's tomorrow night, and I took today and tomorrow off to attend a couple dress rehearsals and the performance.
So, sadly, I found out that Associated Content will not pay upfront for book reviews. I did get a couple bucks for my review of Paperback Swap, which is kinda cool. But Jackie Kessler gave me a shout out on her blog, which is really cool.
Just as cool is my new 'job' of sorts. macbeaner let me know that Bitten By Books was accepting new reviewers. I've finished reading my first novella for them, and am going to start writing the review today! I'll let you know how that turns out and when it goes live.
Thats it for now. Must get to review writing :D.
