FOX canceled my favorite new show, The Chicago Code. I would pretend to be surprised, but really now. It's FOX.
At least they aired all of the 13 filmed episodes. It was kick-ass, tightly paced, and had me more nervous than I remember in a long time. And it didn't end on a cliffhanger- if anything they wrapped everything up so neatly that I'm a little annoyed. Without dangling plot threads and newly establishing villains, how are the fanfic authors supposed to do anything?
I don't know how many episodes were filmed before the show's creator knew it was getting canceled, but there were shots from episode 11 in the opening credits. Tell me that's not just a little unusual.
