Enchildas!
Fall is finally peaking through the heat. While the leaves and the plants have known it was time for Fall, the humidity and temperature don't seem to know it. However, a cold front has finally brought a lovely rainy day and so slow cooked enchiladas are finally on the menu for dinner.
