You know how we all have those things that bring us down? See, that isn’t really a bad thing…unless you’re like me- and all of the things that upset you are so insignificant that it’s not even funny…and possibly even figments of your humongous imagination. I need to stop letting stupid insignificant things bother me. It’s time to be thankful for the good things in life. Specifically today. So, here we go…the “Favorites” of the day for Thursday, September 8, 2005.
Favorite moment of the day: Bus driver Deb lip-singing “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun.”
Nothing beats it. Those are the times I wish I carried a video camera with me. But, I guess it wouldn’t be as special if I could see it again.
Favorite quote of the day: (In Astronomy class- when talking about the constellation Hercules)
MATT: “Ohhhhh! I always thought it was a pony! It looks like a horse to me...a deformed horse. THAT’s why it’s a pony. Or a mule.”
Definitely priceless.
Favorite class of the day: Gym!…which is definitely a FIRST. We played field hockey. And it was…(get ready for this)… FUN! *gasp* I know, I know…the excitement is all too overwhelming.
Favorite person of the day: Lauren Mizek. I think she might be the funniest person I have ever met. Period.
Favorite accomplishment of the day: I learned a G-chord in guitar today!!! YES! I am going to be a rock star! Haha.
