(To be fair [and for people not to yell at me screaming], this is a discussion on life and God and stuff in the context of a Short Circuit discussion messageboard. Needless to say my mind wasn't in a very serious place to begin with. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I DON'T CHECK THE BOARD IN MONTHS, ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY'RE TREADING DANGEROUS TERRITORY AND GETTING DEEP AN' SHIT.)
(Also, for those of you who may remember me laughing over this, this is the thread where someone asked "WHY IS JOHNNY FIVE ALIVE?" and my reply was simply:
"Because otherwise there wouldn't be a plot!
...What?! It's true..."
As I noted to people I laughed about this to at the time: ASK A STUPID QUESTION... I mean, ask the question about Lillian and the answer is equally as stupid. Magic. PAH.)
Although now they got me wondering WTF would be a natural cause of death for a (living) robot, which is sadly something I am going to have to put some thought into since SHIT GUYS LILLIAN DIES. (AND BEFORE PEOPLE GO YELLING AND BAWWING AT ME-- it isn't for a very long time and isn't anywhere near any of the "Legacy" storylines I've released. Man, I've learned you guys are REALLY ATTACHED to that bluebirdbot.)
EDIT: "What I find most interesting is that John Badham said that there was going to be a sequel and that there would be a toy Number 5 that Hasbro is developing."

(Although seriously, everybody I know who I talk to about this, even more casual fans who like it mostly just because it's something they grew up with, said fuck yes, they totally wanted a J5 toy, especially after THERE WERE TOYS IN THE SECOND MOVIE. I know I'm far from the only person who thinks the movie was horrendously mis-marketed.)
