I'm updating from a hotel room in lower Ankeny, Iowa. It's a suburb area of Des Moines, the capital of Iowa. It's a Days Inn. It's a pretty nice hotel room. I have my desktop computer in the center of the room, taking advantage of the free wireless internet that coarses through the hotel hallways, into the rooms. I honestly think if given a bit of effort, I could take over this town in a month or so. I honestly don't know what to say about my life as of late. Am I a pothead? By your terminology, yes. Am I a druggie? I'm open to any drug that can disassociate myself from life. Put me on a higher plane. Des Moines is pretty. It's probably prettier at night. It's a smaller Chicago. I'm going to post a full trip report when I get time, complete with pictures.
