Family background: Born on the Ides of March, Julian Arsenius Vaisey was born out of wedlock to one Cassandra Vaisey, the frail but beautiful daughter of Priam and Lucretia Vaisey. His mother died shortly after his birth and she never revealed the identity of his father. He was raised by his maternal grandparents at their country home in Devon.
House in School: Slytherin He's never been hung up on blood purity; in his eyes, he's beter than you no matter what blood status you are.
Bloodline: Either Pureblood or Halfblood.
Political Views: As long as the Ministry stays out of his way and doesn't look too deeply, he doesn't care.

Nothing is out of the question in his eyes, so blackmail, extortion and other nasty things all have their place in the business world. He's never murdered, though. He isn't that stupid.

Occupation: Investor. He currently owns several nightclubs in Great Britian, including Incubus Dreams in London and Symposia in Dublin, and has recently acquired a bursleque club- Pandora's Box. He is also a part-owner of the Appleby Arrows and has stock in Gringott's. Of course, all those business ventures are a front for the underground operations he runs in the back of his nightclubs: money laundering, black market potions and other magical objects, et cetera.
Financial Status: While not rolling in money like many of his Slytherin housemates, Julian is extremely well off (and he'd like to note that he's independently wealthy, made it all by himself).
Residence: Wolborough House in Brixham.
History from student days at Hogwarts to the present time:
Upon finishing Hogwarts, Julian retired to the Devon coast to care for his sick grandparents, both of whom had contracted dragon pox during a sojourn in Germany during his seventh year. It was a long, painful thing for Julian to watch, as his Grandfather and Grandmother had been the only parents he'd ever known. Their suffering came to an end on May 3rd, the day after the Final Battle.
With their death, Julian inherited the entire Vaisey estate, which included several properties scattered across the British Isles and the continent. Slowly, he cultivated his innate 'knack' for real estate and turned it into a profitable business. What stated out as a small investment firm gradualy grew into a large holding company with properties in England, Scotland, Ireland and France.
Julian lives in Wolborough House, the house by the sea where he'd lived with his grandparents, in Devon, and manages his investments from his office, located at Number Six-Fifteen Diagon Alley.
