WHAT HAPPEN
Was that some sort of 24-hour flu? My throat is still sore but I CAN MOVE AGAIN and I have a lot of energy (well, as much as I ever have). Mom still had me skip class though, she's still afraid I'm contagious and doesn't want everyone getting sick so close to Thanksgiving. I feel guilty about it though, I had trouble after I skipped last month when I had that cold, and now we're going at a faster pace and I'm kind of afraid?
But I watched the second half of Sophie Scholl on Youtube last night so at least I didn't miss out on that part of class. (Awesome film btw, god she was an amazing person.)
I have one last Milky Way from my post-Halloween stash and it's driving me crazy that I can't eat it 'cos I'm sick.
Now for some things on my mind today!
KAIJI ON JOOST is at least a step in the right direction? I want some motherfucking DVDs of this shit, and Akagi too (why isn't that included??), but maybe if it's popular enough on Joost?
16m, D-Lowe? AHAHAHAHA no. Newsflash: Pettitte didn't make 16m because of his age and/or skill, but because THE YANKEES CAN AND WILL PAY HOWEVER THE FUCK MUCH THEY WANT. Normal teams actually care about where their money is going, y'know.
And related to that, Coco is gone for some Royals relief pitcher. Royals fans feel they got the short end of the stick here so I guess in theory it's a good trade for us, but god damn I'll miss Coco.
